Frequently Asked Questions

When should i expect the order?

Most Orders are Shipped within 1-3 business days depending on the time your order was placed.

Orders Shipped to Ontario and Quebec can expect 1-3 day delivery depending on location.
Orders shipping to other provinces can be expected within 5 business days or less.

Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day. We do our best to keep as many items in stock at all times. In certain cases order processing time can take up to 5 business days to allow for stock resupply in case we are currently oversold on a certain items.

Please note that LuggageFactory.ca, can not and will not be responsible in case or unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time LuggageFactory Canada does not ship internationally.

Shipping costs?

The costs for shipping are displayed during the checkout process.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 before taxes, coupons and rebates across Canada, excluding the following provinces and territories: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador & Nunavut

We currently do not offer shipping to PO Boxes.

You will be provided with various shipping levels and information related to shipping costs prior to completing your order.

How can i pay?

We accept payments with all major credit and debit cards, we also accept Paypal.

Can i get the refund?

What payment gateways you use?

We use Stripe and Paypal.

Is it possible to return goods purchased?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LuggageFactory.ca, purchase you may return products in their original box and condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A copy of your receipt and proof of purchase must be presented at the time of return .

Customer’s are responsible for the return shipping and insurance on ALL ITEMS returned, except where defective or mis-shipped products are sent.  We ask that you pack the item/item’s securely in the original shipping carton, that you insure the package and that you keep the shipping receipt on hand until the credit is issued.

As soon as the returned product has been received and processed at our return center, your original form of payment will be credited.  Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers’ records, so please allow a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
